REFUND POLICY

 

Sometimes some items just aren't meant to be, but that's okay because we offer returns, exchanges and store credit for approved items that are unworn, contain no stains and  have original tags.

Non-returnable items include: Clearance sale items, bodysuits, accessories, intimates and mystery bundles.

​

-We offer returns with a $10 processing fee which includes the shipping fee.

-Store credit is available upon request.

-Exchanges are excluded from fees.

-Returns are accepted WITHIN 3 days of order being confirmed as delivered. Orders must be received to us within 2 days AFTER return has been approved for return.

-ALL return/exchange items must be unworn, have original tags and contain no stains.

Need to start a return? Follow instructions below:

-Email returns@e11vn-boutique.com for approval.

-Upon approval a shipping label will be provided.

-Items sent back without a return request will not be accepted.

Please include the following information on the email:

Subject line: Order #

Body: Product name, reason of return or if you need to make an exchange due to sizing issues.

Please allow 1-3 business days for returns/exchanges to be processed. Refund deposits are based on individual banks and when they process and post refunds.
